You make the calls, you run the show.Understand the customer. Be the face of our company, championing a customer-first approach, ensuring every company touch point meets our high standards.Run the field. Oversee scheduling and dispatching of our techs, as well as continuous optimization of routes and service delivery.Be the Process. Work with our operations manager, account managers, and fractional CTO to build, and drive infrastructure and process improvement to ensure nothing slips.,Build the team Hire, Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Get your hands dirty. Act as an owner, be hands on, and ensure that at the end of the day, all the boxes are checked and everything that needs to be done is done.Live in the Data.
