While this role will have a primary focus on one outlet or department, the expectation is that the supervisor will assist and lead across all food and beverage venues as business needs require.The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in leading service excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding luxury service standards, regulatory compliance, and brand expectations.Key Responsibilities Please note this is not an exhaustive list. Within the Auberge family, our people are encouraged to find new ways to support the business, their guests, and their teammates.Provide coaching, training, and daily leadership to food and beverage team members, through our ENRICH valuesEnsure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistentlyDeliver exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outletsUphold service standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation expectationsPrepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items according to recipes and quality standards, as applicable to the outletEnsure guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficientlyTrain team members on menus, products, and service knowledge so they can confidently engage with guestsProactively anticipate operational needs, resolve issues, and maintain smooth service flowSupport cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all food and beverage spacesMaintain clear, professional communication with service and management teamsAssist guests with menu questions and provide recommendationsAct as a guide to the guest experience within food and beverage venuesEnsure all items are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintainedSeasonal Position: Ending on or about November 2026.The starting range for this position is $28.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay.
