This position will partner closely with executive leadership on critical enterprise initiatives focused on growth, operational performance, integration, technology deployment, and strategic execution across multiple regions.This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and wants broad exposure to executive decision-making, enterprise strategy, and operational leadership. The individual will lead and support a wide range of high-impact initiatives spanning operations, growth strategy, procurement, technology infrastructure, AI enablement, physician engagement, and cross-functional execution. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically at the executive level while also being highly hands-on in the field identifying operational opportunities and driving execution. This Vice President will also directly lead a small team focused on these enterprise-wide initiatives.
