Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (ICDI) Specialist to support accurate clinical documentation and coding in a fully remote healthcare environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of inpatient documentation, coding, and compliance.Job Title: Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (ICDI) SpecialistLocation: Rochester, MN, 55902 (100% Remote)Shift: Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM EST)Pay: $55-60/hrContract Duration: 52 weeksStart Date: ASAPRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced ICDI Specialist to review inpatient medical records and ensure accurate representation of severity of illness, risk of mortality, and medical necessity.
