Job DescriptionCTR Group is currently seeking Brush & Roll Painters for the Dover Air Force Base in DE.Candidates must be able to access the Air Force Base.Pay Rate $22.00 an hour with good Benefits.Position starts second week of May and will run for 8 weeks.SUMMARY:Seeking Painter / Helpers for the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The workers should have a good background, valid ID, and be a citizen of the United StatesThe Brush and Roll Painter is responsible for applying paint, stains, and coatings to surfaces using brushes and rollers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and primingApply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes and rollersProtect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking materialsMix and match paint colors to achieve desired resultsInspect surfaces and completed work for quality and consistencyMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionFollow safety procedures and use protective gear as requiredCommunicate with supervisors or clients regarding project progressRequirements:• Proven experience as a painter (brush and roll experience preferred)Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparationAbility to work with precision and attention to detailPhysical stamina and ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift materialsBasic knowledge of safety standards and proceduresReliable transportation (if required for job sites)Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
