We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our internal creative engine, ensuring our work moves seamlessly from brief to activation while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency across the system.This role is critical to powering our Brand-Led Campaign Engine and supporting all internal creative project requests. You'll design, implement, and optimize the systems, workflows, and tools that allow our creative teams to do their best work—on time, on budget, and on brand.This is a hybrid role based in Georgetown, TX, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.What You'll DoReporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, the Creative Operations Manager partners closely with Brand Marketing, Franchise Partners, Internal Stakeholders, Media, Digital, Social, CRM, Field Marketing, and Operations to ensure creative execution is efficient and aligned with business priorities.You will:Own and optimize creative workflows and project management systemsGovern phase-gate processes from intake through deliveryManage creative project intake and prioritize work based on business impactLead resource allocation and capacity planning across designers, copywriters, video, and motion teamsAlign timelines and expectations across stakeholders and channel teamsCoordinate production and oversee day-to-day project executionLead vendor management, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, scope control, and performance evaluation for agencies, freelancers, production partners, and print vendorsEnsure brand standards and quality expectations are consistently metTrack budgets, manage spend, and forecast costs for owned projectsOversee DAM governance and asset library managementReport on creative performance metrics and operational efficiency This role ensures all creative work—campaigns, evergreen assets, partnerships, social, CRM, internal initiatives, and field marketing—is delivered efficiently and consistently across the Sport Clips system.What You BringFunctional Expertise6+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or internal agency managementProven experience leading workflow systems for high-volume creative teamsDeep understanding of the full campaign lifecycle across paid, owned, and earned channelsStrong working knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com preferred)Experience managing creative resourcing across multiple disciplinesFamiliarity with DAM systems and asset governance (Ansira preferred)Experience tracking budgets and managing external production and creative vendorsExperience in franchise, QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments preferredFamiliarity with Adobe Firefly capabilities is a plusBachelor's degree required Self-LeadershipHighly organized, systems-oriented, and process-drivenCalm under pressure and effective in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsProactive in identifying and resolving bottlenecksDetail-focused with timelines, approvals, routing, and quality controlBias toward action and continuous improvement Cross-Functional LeadershipClear, confident communicator who simplifies complexityTrusted partner to stakeholders and channel leadsComfortable pushing back when scope or timelines are misalignedEscalates risks and issues earlyProtects creative focus while balancing business needsFlexible work from home options available.
