Position: Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director, House of Dior Beverly HillsReports to: Boutique Vice President, House of Dior Beverly HillsResponsible for: Client Advisors, including Grand Vendeurs and Fine Jewelry SpecialistsJob PurposeThe Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director leads all aspects of the Flagship Fine Jewelry & Timepiece business - from sales strategy and client development to team growth and operational excellence. This role is for someone energized by building, developing people, and understands relationships are central in High Jewelry.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Performance: Lead annual sales goals across Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry, develop and execute proactive business strategy, analyze product sales and client feedback, partner with regional and corporate office to plan and execute memorable events and activations.UHNW / High Jewelry Client Development: Build and nurture a strong book of clients through relationship-first clienteling, create client experiences beyond expectations, actively seek opportunities to welcome new clients, set standard for client experience across the team.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors, hold regular touchpoints, create collaborative culture, identify future talent.Product Expertise & Brand Representation: Bring passion for Fine Jewelry, work with Merchant and Training teams for product education, represent House of Dior with grace and professionalism.Operations & Compliance: Collaborate with operation team on day-to-day processes (shipping & receiving, inventory, after-sales), ensure company policies understood and upheld, approach operational challenges with problem-solving mindset.Requirements7+ years of luxury retail management experience, ideally with a background in Fine Jewelry, High Jewelry, or Timepieces.Proven ability to develop and grow UHNW client relationships.Solid knowledge of the Fine and High Jewelry industry—products, craftsmanship, trends, clientele.GIA Certification preferred; passion for gemology a plus.Natural leader who encourages, clarifies, and provides consistency.Energetic about growth, comfortable with ambiguity, excited by building from the ground up.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and partners.Well-organized, follow-through, can manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment.Availability for full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.EEO StatementChristian Dior Couture provides equal employment opportunities to all employees as part of the LVMH Group, which attaches great importance to ensuring that its Maisons and partners share a set of common rules, practices, and principles with respect to ethics, social responsibility, and protection of the environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
