This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about nutrition, regulatory compliance, and enhancing the dining experience for our residents.Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the dietary department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulationsEnsure compliance with CMS, DOH, and infection control standardsPlan, develop, and oversee menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and physician ordersSupervise, train, and schedule dietary staffMaintain accurate documentation, including meal records and sanitation logsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing and clinical staffEnsure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation proceduresMonitor food and supply inventory and manage department budgetCertified Dietary Manager (CDM) QualificationsCertified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification requiredPrior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting strongly preferredStrong knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition regulationsExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) preferredSalary: Up to $75,000 a year(Based on experience)What We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision)Paid time off (PTO)401(k) with employer contributionSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementAn Equal Opportunity Employer
