Accounts Receivable Specialist

CV Resources has partnered with a well-established Construction company in North Denver to find an AR Specialist to add to their growing team!This position was created due to company growth and reports directly to the Controller. The company is also implementing new technology and paperless process improvements to support continued expansion and operational efficiency.The team is seeking someone with a flexible, adaptable mindset who can thrive in an environment where processes and projects often require creative problem-solving rather than a strict “this is how it’s always done” approach. They are open to either:An experienced, adaptable accounting professional who is comfortable handling a variety of situationsOr an early-career professional with some accounting experience who is eager to learn and growKey ResponsibilitiesSet up new jobs in the ERP systemPrepare and distribute customer billings through email and digital billing platformsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice rejectionsApply customer payments and assist with collections on aged receivablesManage project lien waivers as neededQualificationsExperience with ERP/accounting systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilitiesComfortable in a collaborative office environmentExperience with digital billing platforms and PDF editing software (Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.) preferredNotary license, or willingness to obtain one, preferred
