Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Bellingham, WA. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and evaluating residential mortgage applications, assisting clients with loan options, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. Key duties include fostering strong client relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining updated knowledge of mortgage industry trends and regulations. Qualifications Experience and expertise in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage IndustryProficiency in Underwriting practices and processesStrong Customer Service and communication skillsAbility to navigate the latest mortgage-related technology and assess market trendsDemonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)Active Mortgage Loan Originator license or ability to obtain oneA commitment to providing exceptional service and contributing to a collaborative team environment
