Controller

Addison Group has partnered with a Manufacturing organization looking to add a Controller. The position will build and oversee the accounting team as the organization expands. Leading all accounting/financial reporting functions, this role will be responsible for establishing scalable accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures to support rapid domestic and international growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accounting processes for manufacturing operations, including inventory accounting, standard costing, job costing, labor allocation, overhead absorption, work-in-process (WIP), and cost of goods sold (COGS).Establish and maintain scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a growing global manufacturing organization.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple domestic and international entities.Lead accounting for intercompany transactions, eliminations, foreign currency translation, remeasurement, and multi-currency consolidations.Drive ERP and accounting system implementation, optimization, and process automation initiatives to support scalability.Develop and maintain financial reporting packages, KPIs, and operational analytics for executive leadership.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA preferred.8+ years of progressive accounting experience.Manufacturing industry experience.Understanding of consolidation reporting, foreign currency accounting, and global financial operations required.Leadership experience required
