This is not a remote or hybrid position.RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and welcome customers at the front doorCheck clients into class and respond to their inquiriesAssist in planning special events, community-building activities and in-studio challenges/contestsSell merchandise and membershipsConnect and engage with members of the community before and after classesRock and model Rumble retail/gear for social mediaRepresent brand values inside and outside the studiosConduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individuals' needs and wantsParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community, and hospital events) to promote the clubCreate and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channelsAssume responsibility for developing selling skillsReport directly to managementOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retailPossess an outgoing and friendly personality while maintaining a professional attitude and approachMust respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientationsMust adhere to company policies and proceduresAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and emailMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredMust be able to work at least 15-20 hours per weekFlexible schedule requiredMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from workMust be willing to submit to background check and drug testFluent in Spanish desiredPERKSComplimentary membershipStaff discount on studio retailOpportunities for growth within the studiosJ-18808-Ljbffr
