Director

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, strategy, and operations of our programs, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for our clients and staff. Duties The Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our programs, including supervising a team of program managers and staff. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive program strategies to promote behavioral health and social growth among our clients. - Providing administrative support to ensure efficient program management, including budgeting and financial planning. - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and government agencies. - Collaborating with program managers to develop and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of our clients. - Overseeing program development and evaluation, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or behavioral health, or current Directors License. - Proven experience in program management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities. - Strong background in relationship management, with a focus on working with people with developmental disabilities. - Excellent administrative and budgeting skills. - Ability to supervise a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in program development and evaluation. - Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Commitment to the values of our organization, including empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment.
