If you are looking for an environment where you can build something meaningful and create real impact, we look forward to your application.You are responsible for the architecture, implementation, and operation of modern platform and software components, with a strong focus on microservices, API‐first approaches, and an AWS‐based infrastructureYou drive the step‐by‐step extraction and modernization of existing systems, advancing the renewal of the current platform and implementing modular, scalable servicesTo ensure reliable delivery, you design, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and efficient deployment processesYou lead, coach, and develop a strong, interdisciplinary engineering and DevOps team, including recruiting, knowledge sharing, and the establishment of agile ways of workingThrough close collaboration with Product Management, Security, IT Infrastructure, and external partners, you ensure clear priorities, sound architectural decisions, and transparency on progressYour strengths You have several years of experience in software engineering and the architecture of modern web and cloud systems (e.g. Kotlin, TypeScript, React, Node.js, JVM‐based frameworks)You demonstrate strong expertise in microservices design, API‐first models, and cloud operations, particularly on AWSYou have already taken on technical leadership responsibilities, for example as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or Team LeadYou are confident working with DevOps automation, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and loggingYou also bring solid knowledge of IT security and data protection, ideally in environments similar to ISO 27001You speak German with full professional (negotiation‐level) proficiencyGood to know What we offerA modern tech environment: full‐stack TypeScript, React, Capacitor (mobile), NestJS, and an AWS‐based cloud infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code with Terraform)Solid technical equipment — you can freely choose your operating system (Windows or macOS)You will be part of our growth journey, with the opportunity to drive initiatives forward and actively shape the future — together, we create strong career prospectsBack to the office?
