As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and culinary offerings to provide recommendations. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, especially during busy shifts. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operations. Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial but not required. Previous experience in nightclub settings is a plus but not mandatory.
