Data Management Systems Engineer

RBR-Technologies has an immediately available opening for a Data Management Systems Engineer support enterprise and mission-focused systems engineering initiatives across the full systems lifecycle for complex DoD/IC programs. The Systems Engineer will work directly with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to support engineering integrity, mission execution, and program success. Key Responsibilities Apply systems engineering principles across all lifecycle phases including concept, development, production, operations, maintenance, support, and retirement Support stakeholder requirements definition, requirements analysis, architectural design, integration, verification, validation, transition, and sustainment activities Assist with project planning, risk management, configuration management, information management, and project assessments Coordinate with Government representatives, program personnel, and executive leadership on technical engineering issues and solutions Support acquisition and supply process activities Assist in developing innovative engineering and technical solutions Analyze and recommend engineering standards and process improvements Supervise and coordinate contractor engineers and technical staff supporting project execution Required Qualifications Active Polygraph clearance Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience OR a High School Diploma/GED plus fourteen (14) years of systems engineering experience OR a Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience OR a PhD in Engineering or related technical field plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience Systems engineering lifecycle expertise Requirements analysis and architectural design Risk management and configuration management Technical planning and systems integration Process improvement and engineering standards development Strong technical communication and stakeholder coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise-scale DoD/IC environments Technical leadership or supervisory experience Experience supporting ISO/IEC 15288 engineering process areas Familiarity with acquisition and supply management activities Benefits Best in class health benefits plan Generous 401k with matching Flexible work policies and schedules (dependent upon contract) Generous Paid Time Off + All Federal Holidays Special paid leave for: Bereavement, Voting, Military, and more Paid Volunteer Hours for Community Outreach Paid Parental Leave Family-Friendly Company Paid Events Annual Pet Insurance Benefit Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at RBR-Technologies, where employment is based on personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any protected characteristic as established by law.
