We're adding a sales-capable Financial Advisor to our South Belt/Ellington office to step in, take ownership of paid-for demand, and turn active consumer intent into client relationships.What You'll DoConvert Active Demand: Work existing, firm-provided leads with absolute urgency, rigorous follow-up discipline, and mature ownership.Lead Retirement Conversations: Sit face-to-face with retirees and pre-retirees to deliver comprehensive advice around investments, retirement income, insurance, taxes, and more.Conduct Educational Seminars: Step into group settings and local workshops confidently, leveraging the momentum generated by the firm's media engine.Own the Close: Take accountability for asset gathering and production within an integrated model spanning advisory, insurance, and fixed index annuity solutions.Why This Is DifferentYour Calendar Is Fed: You are not taking a pay cut, starving while you build, funding your own marketing, buying cold lists, or chasing dead data. The base starts at $85,000+, and it fit to your ability and needs.
