Find your future with us.Job DescriptionBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Assocaite Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TXPosition Responsibilities:Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements for emergent escalationsAdvises customers regarding order status, changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirementsAct as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive a solution to support customer hard grounded aircraft situation.Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolutionSupport suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation planAssist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacityAct as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objectiveAssess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutionsUses multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements.Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlinesMust be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience working in Supply ChainMust be able to work any shiftExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsAble to work both independently and also in a collaborative team environmentAble to work in fast paced environment while being able to meet strict deadlines.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Customer service experienceBachelors degree or equivalent work experienceExperience working as a Supply Chain Specialist orDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
