Client Services Representative
Job Title: Client Service Representative Job Type: W2 – Contract – 3 months with conversion to FTE Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: M – F, 40 hours per week – OnsitePay Rate: $ 20.28 / hour Interviews: March 25thStart Date: April 13th This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, advisors, and business partners, providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with service requests, account questions, and basic issue resolution while educating clients and advisors on company systems, processes, and policies. MUST HAVE: Participate in a company-sponsored training program to prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients and advisors to assist with account questions, money movement requests, trades, and general service inquiries. Research and resolve customer issues, open service cases, and escalate more complex problems when needed. Educate clients and advisors on company systems, policies, and self-service tools. Process routine service transactions and respond to information requests using internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and improve the customer experience.
