Staff Accountant | Hybrid | Nashville | $60-70k +10% bonusWe are recruiting a Staff Accountant to join a high-performing finance team at a rapidly growing healthcare company headquartered in Nashville, TN. The opportunity: This role offers exposure to both client-facing physician practice accounting and corporate accounting. The company promotes from within and is actively developing senior-level talent into future managers. Responsibilities:• General accounting across corporate and/or physician practice operations • Financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analyses • Cross-functional partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders Qualifications:• 1-2 years of accounting experience; Big 4 or large regional public accounting strongly preferred • CPA or actively pursuing licensure a plus• Strong analytical and communication skills Compensation and benefits:• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000 • Annual bonus: up to 10% • Medical benefits effective day one • 401(k) eligibility after 60 days • Unlimited PTO • On-site, Nashville, TN
