Customer Delivery Manager As a Program Manager for transformation projects, you will successfully lead complex transformation projects to go live for our clients, predominantly in German speaking countries. You will complement our small, fine team of experienced program managers who, like you, have high standards of customer satisfaction and act as role models for leadership. What you'll do: Lead and coach the project teams in an agile and customer oriented environment Support the sales teams in the proposal process with project and program management best practices Project and program management reviews with focus on governance and execution Escalation management Development and optimisation of existing and innovative project and program management tools Coaching and mentoring to establish consistent project and program management standards and processes What you bring: 8+ years of professional experience in project and program management in the context of SAP Proven expertise and professional experience in program management of SAP Good understanding of the SAP product portfolio Experience with complex project management in an international environment Excellent presentation skills Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
