Project ExecutiveAtlanta - GADue to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide senior leadership across major commercial, industrial, and advanced manufacturing construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale projects, including individual projects valued at $75MM+ and complex multi-project portfolios.This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a senior construction professional with a strong background in design-build delivery, client management, financial performance, risk mitigation, scheduling, and team development. The successful candidate will act as a senior point of contact across projects, partnering closely with operations, field leadership, preconstruction, design, engineering, MEP, and executive teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standard.The project portfolio includes Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Advanced Technology, Distribution, Industrial, and large-scale Commercial developments, many involving fast-track schedules, technical scopes, process equipment, production systems, and complex stakeholder environments.This opportunity is being handled confidentially, and further company details will be shared with qualified candidates at the appropriate stage.Key Responsibilities:Provide executive oversight across one major $75MM+ project or multiple complex construction projectsLead overall project strategy, execution planning, financial performance, scheduling, risk management, and client satisfactionPartner with senior operations, field, design, engineering, MEP, estimating, and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project deliveryOversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, change management, subcontractor performance, and margin improvementEnsure project teams are effectively managing submittals, reporting, procurement, closeout documentation, meetings, and action itemsDrive schedule performance through oversight of master schedules, milestone tracking, delay management, and corrective action planningLead risk management efforts across internal and external project factors, ensuring issues are identified early and mitigated effectivelyMaintain a strong focus on safety, quality, operational consistency, training, profitability, and customer satisfactionBuild and maintain trusted relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSupport major pursuits, proposal development, estimating strategy, constructability reviews, and project planningMentor and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and broader project teamsPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, safety, and continuous improvement across assigned projectsQualifications and Experience:Preferred 15+ years of construction experience with a strong background delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, data center, advanced technology, or technically complex projectsProven experience overseeing major projects valued at $75MM+ or complex multi-project portfoliosStrong design-build experience, with the ability to lead projects from early planning and design coordination through construction execution, closeout, and handoverDemonstrated profit and loss accountability across major projects, with a proven record of improving project profitabilityStrong understanding of lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, fee-based construction, and other contracting methodsAbility to interpret contractual language, manage commercial risk, and understand the financial and legal implications of project decisionsExperience managing complex technical scopes, including process equipment, production equipment, support utilities, mission-critical systems, procurement, and installationStrong technical understanding of engineering, design, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction operations, and field executionProven ability to develop aggressive project schedules and support fast-track project deliveryExperience supporting proposal teams, pursuit strategy, cost estimates, constructability reviews, and client presentationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and retain high-performing project teamsExcellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred;
