This class works under close supervision according to set procedures.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.Essential FunctionsEssential Functions:Operates a para-transit vehicle on a regular route or special assignment, on a fixed time schedule.Operates and properly secures patrons on mechanical wheel chair lift.Collects fares and keep accurate records of transactions.Completes required forms and reports.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of vehicle.Performs pre-inspection of vehicle on a daily basis.Additional Duties:Performs related work as assigned.Responsibilities, Requirements and Impacts Data Responsibility:Data Responsibility refers to information, knowledge, and conceptions obtained by observation, investigation, interpretation, visualization, and mental creation.
