The engineer will support end-user computing activities and assist the network team during office implementation and migration activities.Project LocationsExisting Office:Englewood, CO 80112New Office:Greenwood Village, CO 80111Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite EUC L2 Hands & Feet supportSupport project network team with configuration activities for network devicesProvide console access to network devices for remote engineersAssist with laptop/desktop setup and troubleshootingSupport end users with hardware and software-related issuesCoordinate with remote technical teams through MS TeamsPerform any other onsite support activities required during implementationRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in EUC L2 / Desktop Support / Field IT SupportBasic networking knowledge and experience supporting network teams onsiteFamiliarity with Windows environment and troubleshootingExperience with hardware installation and break/fix supportGood communication and coordination skillsMandatory RequirementsEngineer must have own laptop with admin credentialsMS Teams must be installed and configuredMust have console cable for remote access to network devicesAbility to work onsite continuously during weekdays and weekends as requiredProject ScheduleExisting Office Support:20 weekdays during business hoursNew Office Support:10 days total6 weekdays during business hours4 weekends (09:00 AM – 05:30 PM)Additional InformationThis is an onsite freelance/1099 contract opportunityEngineer should be comfortable working in enterprise office environmentsPotential for future onsite support opportunities based on performance
