Job OpportunityNesco Resource is looking for a 2nd shift Precision Matching Assembler located in Torrington, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM11:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Position Overview: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and capable of working in a controlled cleanroom environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 months, MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM, before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.RequirementsU.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom garments for extended periodsStrong manual dexterity and steady hands for handling small, delicate componentsAttention to detail and ability to work with precision measurementsKey ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and work instructionsMatch and assemble precision products at a matching benchSelect appropriate component sizes and configurations based on specificationsAssemble higher-precision products in a cleanroom environmentPerform specialized processes including:Equipment setupWeighted greasingOil platingNoise testingVacuum baggingDiagnose, troubleshoot, and make adjustments or minor repairs to mechanical equipmentUse precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and product qualityTroubleshoot and resolve measurement and gauging issues as neededSupport additional assembly operations, including:Operating assembly equipmentGreasing, capping, sealing, bagging, and packing productsMaintain accurate production and quality recordsMove materials, components, and finished products between production areasFollow established procedures, routing instructions, and quality standardsMinimize scrap and rework by identifying and reporting production issues promptlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform basic preventive maintenance tasks as assignedNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
