Read below for more information!What you'll do as the Machine Operator: Ensure a safe work environment for self and othersFollow all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to the safety programReview and follow work instructions, management system procedures, and standard operating documentsRun CNC and manual machines, and handheld toolsInspect parts and identify defects and non-conformitiesConsistently and accurately complete all related paperwork/documentationMonitor fluids in the machine and coolant flow in the machineUtilize the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work areaProduce parts that meet the Company's quality standardsActively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures.Support and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvementEnsure the work center is prepared for the next operatorWhat you need to be a Machine Operator: High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing experience desired but not requiredMechanical aptitudeBasic math skills, must have a working knowledge of decimalsAbility to read measuring instrumentsAbility to read and follow work instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be detail-oriented with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformitiesBoost your wallet with a new job working with a great team...apply now!
