Job SummaryAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll partner closely with our National Account Manger to streamline the sales process and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. You'll manage everything from quote creation and pricing files to sample shipments and CRM updates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives on organization and follow-through.Essential FunctionsPrepare accurate quotes and promotional product proposalsMaintain and update pricing files, cost sheets, and stock listsReview product offerings and competitive catalogs for updatesConduct product sourcing and market researchTrack sales opportunities and maintain CRM recordsCoordinate sample shipments, order follow-ups, and delivery trackingSupport sales meetings, trade shows, and event prepFollow up on quotes and samples to help close dealsProvide cross-functional administrative support across departmentsCompetencies or Experience RequirementsExperience in sales support, administrative, or customer service rolesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionCRM and ERP system familiarityHighly organized, resourceful, and proactiveB2B sales experience in distribution preferredBasic reporting or sales analytics experience preferredEducation RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAdditional ConsiderationsBerk Enterprises, Inc. culture and core values are part of what makes the company successful and a great place to work.
