Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities On-the-job training Safe work environment Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Soccer Coach to join our Club. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a background in soccer and fitness, along with a soccer coaching license. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer training sessions for kids from 4 - 13 years old (depending on team) - Instruct players on proper techniques, tactics, and rules of the game - Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential - Create a positive and inclusive team environment - Manage team logistics such as equipment and communication with parents - Travel with team to local weekend games during game season Experience: - Previous experience coaching soccer or working with children is required - Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in coaching or relevant field is strongly preferred Preferred Skills: - Childcare experience - Youth soccer experience - Behavior management skills If you are enthusiastic about coaching soccer and helping young athletes develop their skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity!
