The position will either close on 4/15/2026 or extend to external if needed.Job Title: Administrative CoordinatorFLSA Status: Non-exemptClassification: Full-time (40 hours per week); occasional additional hours may be required to meet ministry or organizational needsPay Level: H-6Supervises: NoneReports to: Sr. Director of OperationsThe Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient internal systems, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational workflows. This role serves as a key liaison across departments, supporting personnel administration, data entry, reporting, and operational coordination to promote a well-organized and mission-driven workplace.This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.QualificationsBe a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life and sexual purity.Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith and policies of the center.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.2-4 years of administrative, HR, and/or operations support experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with HRIS systems preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Service-minded and collaborative.Ability to manage competing priorities.Process-driven and solution-focused.Professional judgment and discretion.Strong follow-through and accountability.Administrative & Organizational SupportAssist operations leadership with meeting preparation and materials.Draft internal communications as needed.Support organizational events and staff initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency.Operations SupportCoordinate internal processes and workflow documentation.Support facilities coordination and vendor communication.Maintain operational calendars and internal reporting systems.Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key initiatives.Support compliance tracking across departments, including but not limited to systems, vendors and facilities.Prepare operations reports and dashboards, as requested and needed.Maintain organized filing systems, such as SharePoint.Human Resources SupportAssist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.Provide support for employment documentation.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.Track certifications, licenses, and required training.Support benefits administration and open enrollment coordination.Assist with timekeeping process and reporting as needed.Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.GeneralAttend staff meetings.Assist in special events, community fairs, and church presentations, as needed.Expected to attend and volunteer at The Source's local major fund-raising event every year. Strongly preferred to attend and volunteer at The Source's second major fund-raising event as well.Complete all assigned trainings by deadlineEstablish positive working relationships with staff members and volunteers.Other duties, as assigned.
