This role supports daily kitchen operations and contributes to a consistent, well-executed dining experience for members and guests.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safe food handling practices acquired through culinary experience or formal training preferredRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESPrepare menu items to order in accordance with recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelinesMaintain prep and organization for assigned station using daily line inventoriesPerform a variety of cooking and preparation techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, roasting, and basic knife workPrepare stocks, soups, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and starches using standard recipesOperate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations throughout the shiftFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in kitchen, storage, and waste areasAssist with banquet and event preparation as neededSupport kitchen leadership and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely ticket executionOperate within established company policies, safety standards, and TPC Brand StandardsAssist with special projects and perform other duties as assignedPay Range: $19-24/hrOur benefits may include:Medical/Dental/VisionHealth Savings Account with employer contributionLife and Disability insurance401(k) plus employer match and employer contributionPet insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off and HolidaysComplimentary employee mealsAccess to PGA TOUR golf tournamentsTuition AssistancePlaying privileges and employee discountsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an energetic, dependable team player who takes pride in their work, thrives in the kitchen environment, and is eager to learn and grow within a professional culinary team.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear.
