Year one is focused on execution—strengthening processes, clarifying expectations, and supporting leaders and employees through practical, reliable HR leadership. You will oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with support from a Senior HR Generalist and HR Admin, while personally leading employee relations, performance management, and policy development. This is a hands-on, on-site, build-and-stabilize HR leadership role. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance.
