Controller – Up to $120k + bonusOur client, a growing, acquisition-focused group, is hiring a hands-on Controller to lead finance across multiple operating companies in manufacturing and beyond. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility to ownership and a clear path to leadership. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remoteResponsibilities: Own monthly close and consolidated financial reportingManage AR/AP, billing, and day-to-day accounting operationsBuild and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage working capitalSupport M&A activity, financial modeling, and strategic planningPartner with leadership on business decisions and performance insightsPrepare reporting for banks, lenders, and investorsIdentify and apply for manufacturing and education grantsImprove systems, processes, and financial infrastructureRequirement:8–15+ years of accounting/finance experienceManufacturing and/or multi-entity experience preferredStrong cash flow forecasting and financial modeling skillsExperience with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, JobBOSS or similar)Hands-on, self-starter with a high level of ownershipComfortable in a fast-paced, growing environmentWhy Join$110K–$120K + bonus (based on performance)Direct exposure to acquisitions and strategyOpportunity to build and scale finance across multiple businessesClear path toward CFO-level leadership
