Key Responsibilities: Regularly update the scheduling tools and engineering reports. Support engineering BOM releases in our ERP system. Update project tracking documents. Creating and supporting engineering documentation & procedures. Communicate with other departments through project timelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Previous scheduling experience. Strong Excel skills required, advanced level a plus. Strong MS Office skills Excellent communication with technical writing skills preferred. Excellent attention to detail Excellent organization & follow up skills. Project Management skills a plus Engineering interest a plus Previous ERP system experience preferred.
