Software Engineer

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Palantir Foundry applications. Develop and manage Foundry ontologies, including object modeling, relationships, and semantic layers. Build, optimize, and monitor Foundry pipelines (ingestion, transformation, orchestration). Develop application-layer components using Foundry's tooling (Code Workbook, Object Workbook, app frameworks). Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Foundry solutions. Partner closely with onsite stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, clinical, and supply chain teams. Deliver production-ready applications within short, iterative development cycles (6–12 weeks). Support long-term maintainability under Build–Operate–Maintain or Build–Operate–Transfer engagement models. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry work. Proven experience with: Foundry ontology design and modeling Foundry pipelines (ETL/ELT, transformations, orchestration) Demonstrated ability to deliver independently with minimal ramp-up. Experience working onsite with enterprise stakeholders. Preferred Experience Prior work in regulated or complex enterprise environments (healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing). Experience supporting: Smart manufacturing Yield improvement / scrap reduction Supply chain visualization and analytics Clinical or operational data platforms Familiarity integrating Foundry with Databricks or other ML platforms.
