Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Controller for a well-established, privately-held design and manufacturing company. This role will sit onsite Monday-Friday and will support leadership in managing the company-wide finance function.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.The primary responsibilities in this role will include: Oversight of Accounting department to include m/q/y close, operational and transactional accounting duties, and accounting team Development and management of budgets and forecasts Identifying areas for and implementing process improvements Management of banking relationships as well as 3rd parties Play a key part in decision-making per analysis and leadership meetings The ideal xywuqvp candidate will have 10 + years of relative experience, a great attitude, be systems savvy, and have top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
