*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. *Duties* - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits. - Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. - Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure products are displayed attractively. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Stay informed about industry trends, automotive repair services, and vehicle maintenance to better assist customers. - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. *Requirements* - Proven experience in sales management or retail sales is preferred. - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
