Required Skills and Experience
Can support Store Manager in leading store team in achieving both store and company goals
Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement
Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly
Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback
Ability to plan, delegate, and follow up on store tasks
Responsible for managing store and team productivity in Store Manager absence
Enjoys high level of customer interaction
Responsible for store operational functions
Maintains excellent visual presentation standards
Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience
