Customer Service / Sales Consultant

All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING!Monthly performance bonuses!Raise increase after 90 days based on performanceHealth, vision, and dental benefits available6 Paid HolidaysEmployee referral bonus programFamily business and a great team!Who We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentA minimum of 1 year of sales, office and/or customer service experience required; call center or retail experience is helpfulExcellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalitiesComfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesExceptional organization and time management skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems effectivelyMust be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screenWhat You'll DoProvide outstanding customer service on all calls and inquiries submitted onlineRecommend/sell moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specificationsInput information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule movesAchieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goalsUtilize your sales expertise to secure critical salesObtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concernsPrepare move-related paperwork and documentsAll other duties as assignedThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Traverse City, Michigan.
