In this role, you’ll guide your team through each shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while building a culture where team members feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow.This is more than a shift leadership role—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people every day.What You’ll DoPerform opening/closing responsibilities for the store and assist the Management Team in overseeing store operationsLead shifts with energy, clarity, and a commitment to excellence in both service and operationsCreate a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alikeModel and reinforce iServ’s mission, values, and culture in every interactionPromotes a culture that inspires improvement; continually develops and mentors team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their successSupport onboarding and training of new team membersEnsure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently metCommunicate effectively with management on team performance and opportunitiesJump in where needed—whether assisting guests, running POS, or supporting the kitchenWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year prior full-serve restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant General understanding of all full-serve restaurant operations (front and back of house) as well as financial managementPassion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesA natural leader who puts people firstSomeone who thrives in a team environment and leads by exampleStrong communicator with a positive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to stay organized and energized in a fast-paced settingMinimum 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass driver insurability check and have reliable transportationAbility to maintain a flexible schedule and cover shifts on busy days/special eventsMust be able to submit and pass a background check & drug testWhat You’ll Receive40 hrs.
