Engineering Manager
Based in the greater Pittsburgh area, we are a leading manufacturer of steam clean generators, tube bundles, packaged water heaters, pressure vessels, and tanks for the plumbing and heating systems and industrial processes. We have been in business for over 90 years and have established ourselves as a reputable and reliable manufacturer. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and manufacturing of high-quality mechanical products, including tanks and pressure vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in managing engineering projects from conception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of engineers to ensure successful project execution and product development.Oversee the design and manufacturing processes for tanks, pressure vessels, and packaged water heaters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product designs and improve manufacturing efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the engineering processes.Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet organizational goals and customer needs.Mentor and provide guidance to engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in an engineering management role, preferably in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, specifically related to tanks and pressure vessels.Experience with packaged water heaters and unfired steam clean generators is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide engineers.Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary - $100,000 - $150,000 in a baseAWESOME 401k plan - 15% of your annual salary invested whether you contribute a single penny!Amazing Benefit Package - we pay majority of your insurance!Great promotion within!Grow with industry leaders!
