Manager On The Addressable Media Partnerships TeamAs the Manager on the Addressable Media Partnerships team, you help manage the operational work that brings dentsu.Audiences partner connections to life. You support the Director in moving partners through the integration queue, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring workflows stay on track.Your work helps dentsu deliver accurate, scalable, and timely addressable media solutions across activation, investment, product, technology, and legal teams.What You Will DoPartner and Workflow Management:Manage day-to-day workflows for assigned dentsu.Audiences partnersTrack integration steps, update documentation, and share accurate status updatesCoordinate meetings and materials across partners and internal teamsSupport the development and maintenance of partner materials and internal referencesCross-Functional Coordination:Work with Product, Technology, Activation, Investment, Commercial, Legal, and Amplifi teamsEnsure each team has the information needed to move integrations forwardDistribute new or updated partner deal details to relevant teamsOperational Support:Own reporting needs related to partner progress and integration statusHelp prepare internal updates, summaries, and communicationsSupport the creation and execution of dentsu and client partnership requirementsMaintain shared documentation and organized workspaces for all partner-related materialsProblem Solving and Issue Routing:Identify blockers within partner workflows and escalate them to the DirectorHelp integrate new partners or updated capabilities into existing operational processesContribute insights that can improve partner or workflow efficiency over timeWhat You BringRequired:4 to 6 years of experience in media, programmatic, ad tech, or partner operationsExperience managing operational workflows and documentationFamiliarity with identity and addressability concepts such as hashed email, device IDs, cookies, and IPsAbility to work with cross-functional teams including product, tech, activation, investment, and legalAbility to manage several workstreams at the same timeStrong organization and attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationPreferred:Experience working in a media agency environmentExposure to product marketing, partner marketing, or platform capability assessmentsExperience with audience or identity platformsExperience supporting contract or negotiation workflowsAbility to translate partner information into actionable steps for internal teamsEducation:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.Working at dentsuIn this role, you support dentsu's key addressable media initiatives by helping partners move through the integration process efficiently and accurately. You work with a wide range of teams and partners, gain visibility into dentsu.Audiences operations, and help bring new addressable capabilities to market. Your work directly supports one of dentsu's major growth priorities for 2026 and beyond.The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $89,000.
