Payroll Functional Manager

Description:About the Role:1) Manage end to end US payroll processing (biweekly & Semimonthly)2) Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, taxes & deductions.3) Handle garnishments, benefits & retirement contributions.4) Ensure Compliance with Federal, state & Local reporting across 50 states.5) Conduct audits for payroll data and process.6) Provide monthly & Quarterly variance analysis for payroll cost.7) Provide cash flow and Cost projections8) Drive automation & process enhancement.9) Employee Benefits administration.Qualifications:.• Strong understanding of IRS, DOL, FLSA regulations.• bachelor's degree/CPA/CPP• Proficient in payroll platforms like SAP, ADP• Good communication skills• Proficiency in excel
