Job OverviewThis position supports the Quality Assurance group in the Neosho distribution center by facilitating product transfers, gathering product information, maintaining productivity records, performing product audits, and assisting with line testing/rework.ResponsibilitiesUtilize warehouse management system to locate inventory and coordinate with forklift drivers for product moves Audit finished goods for proper form, fit, and functionUpdate productivity tracking spreadsheetPerform both normal and abnormal product testingTrack reject quantities and storage locationsShip packages and provide tracking informationWork on rework line when neededGather date code information off of products in DC locationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to use basic computer software including Outlook, Excel, JDEAbility to perform manual labor including lifting and stacking small productsAbility to work standing up for extended periods of time
