Technical Lead - Scale MVP to Enterprise - Svelte / Tailwind, Javascript .NET Core (C#)

We've just landed our first enterprise client (a World Bank backed climate finance fund) with more clients in the pipeline, and need a technical leader to help us scale from MVP to enterprise-grade solution. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the architecture of a product with significant social impact. The initial sprint will be about 90-120 hours of work, after which this will involve regular periods of intensive work as we implement new features and ensure existing features perform reliably, at scale. The company is 100% remote, and we're open to contractors in North/South America and European time zones (UTC-7 to UTC+1). The MOST important skills are: 1. Owning the technical architecture, working directly with founders to translate business/functional requirements into actionable technical specifications. 2. Building and lead a growing development team, with immediate opportunity to make critical architectural decisions. 3. Ensuring project success through effective stakeholder management and resource optimization 4. Working effectively in a bootstrap startup environment, with the need to wear multiple hats, work with resource limitations, and make decisions under uncertainty.
