Candidates that are customer focused, dedicated to perfection and motivated by their own success are a plus!** NO CDL LICENSE REQUIRED** Per day pay ranging from $160-$190 (Depending on experience)Delivery Driver positions available immediately out of the Chandler terminal.Full and Part time positions are available.Hours range from 30-40 hours per week, average time per day 8AM-5PM.ResponsibilitiesSAFELY operate a company-provided vehicle to pick-up and deliver packages to the specially designated locations.EFFECTIVELY delivery all packages following strict time schedules while balancing the commitment of a positive customer interaction.Plan and follow the most EFFICIENT route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, while also successfully completing pick-ups within their designated time frames.Ensure timely and ACCURATE delivery and pickup of products.PROVIDE exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.COLLABRATE with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.Pay/incentives$150 per day for training and re-training$160 per day without experience driving pay$165-$190 per day experienced driving payPlus, stop overage of $1.00 per stop over 140 stops a dayPlus, package overage of $0.05 per package over 200 for pickup and delivery totalsQuarterly/yearly bonuses for being a team player, showing up when scheduled, and doing your part to keep Wilefire as a top-tier contract providing the best service possible.Health benefits available after 30 days.
