You are on the front lines of recovery—stabilizing properties, preventing further damage, and delivering professional, compassionate service during stressful situations.When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need technicians who do the same.What You'll DoRespond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related eventsPerform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standardsRemove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficientlyDecontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spacesCollaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable itemsDocument job progress through photos and detailed notes using PSA and other required softwareCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering questions with empathy and respectMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all timesProperly set up, operate, clean, and store tools and equipmentFollow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment useWork effectively and collaboratively with project managers, crew chiefs, and team membersReady to Join Us?We are building the future of property protection, and we need dedicated mitigation technicians to help us get there.
