Electronics Assembler

Job Title: Assembler III Pay: $23-$25/hour - Depending on experience 1st shift Duties and responsibilities: The employee is to perform all assembly and test functions with minimal supervision while demonstrating proficiency in all phases of assembly. Must be able to use hand and power tools, solder iron and various testing equipment. The employee is to be capable of performing all tasks from written work orders, blueprints, sketches, assembly drawings and wiring lists to produce through hole and surface mount products as well as perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Basic mathematics and reading skills. Must be able to follow oral and written procedures. Equipment Familiarity: All hand and power tools. Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to distinguish all colors and color codes. Have good manual dexterity and able to perform some lifting. Skills Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment. Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management practices. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
