About the RoleWe are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support leaders and teams with scheduling, coordination, and operational execution.This role is focused on precision, organisation, and reliability. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics that enable leaders to stay focused on high-impact work.You will work closely with Executive Business Partners and operate as part of a broader executive operations team.What You'll be DoingManage complex calendars for one or more leaders, balancing priorities and resolving conflictsCoordinate internal and external meetings across teams and time zonesArrange travel logistics, including itineraries and schedulingProcess and track expenses accurately and on timeSupport team meetings, offsites, and internal eventsEnsure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintain clear communication and follow-through on scheduling and logisticsWhat You Will NeedExperience in administrative support, coordination, or operations rolesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistencyClear communication and professional interaction with stakeholdersHigh reliability and strong follow-throughComfortable working in fast-paced, changing environmentsHow We WorkThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
