As a Corporate Paralegal at Next Health, you will support the legal team by managing corporate documentation, conducting legal research, and assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, organizing corporate records, supporting transactional matters, and liaising with external legal counsel. You will also ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and provide administrative support for various legal projects. Qualifications Strong legal documentation and contract drafting skillsExperience in compliance, regulatory management, and corporate governanceProficiency in legal research and document reviewAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is requiredExperience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plusAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
