In other words, we're looking for people to help us make sure the honeymoon never ends.About the roleWe're looking for a strategic, data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. You are an experienced agency marketer and integrated thinker who understands how strategy, creative and paid media work together to deliver impact. You bring deep experience across paid channels, including digital and traditional media, and are comfortable owning budgets, forecasts and proposals while using data to inform decisions and optimize performance. You have a strong strategic point of view, collaborate closely with creative, media, and social/digital partners, and ensure every tactic ladders back to the broader business and brand strategy.What we're looking forIntegrated marketing expertise – Proven experience developing and running fully integrated campaigns across paid and owned channelsPaid media fluency – Hands-on experience across all paid channels, with particular strength in traditional media. This role does not lead paid digital but works closely with our pros to craft strategic surround-sound campaigns.Strategic mindset – Ability to connect business objectives to marketing strategy, creative direction and channel executionData-driven approach – Comfortable with performance marketing, ROI analysis, attribution and analyticsBudget ownership – Strong experience establishing, managing and forecasting budgets across campaigns and programsClient leadership – Confident, credible client partner who can lead conversations, present recommendations and guide decision-makingEntrepreneurial spirit – Collaborative, flexible and growth-oriented, with a builder's mentality and comfort navigating ambiguityAccountability and detail – High standards for quality, performance and follow-throughExperience requirements7–10 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for agency backgroundsExperience leading integrated marketing campaigns for consumer and B2B brandsDemonstrated experience with national, statewide or multi-market campaignsProven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and proposalsExperience working directly with clients and cross-functional agency teamsCore responsibilitiesLead the strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channelsServe as a key client-facing partner, providing strategic counsel, recommendations and ongoing performance updatesDevelop campaign strategies that align business goals, creative direction and paid media tacticsOwn campaign budgets and forecasts, including building and supporting proposals and scopes of workPlan, execute and optimize paid media across channels, including print, CTV, radio, OOH, programmatic, retail media and influencer amplificationExecute media buying directly for smaller programs and oversee external partners for larger or more complex buysPartner closely with creative, media and analytics teams to ensure consistency from strategy through executionEstablish KPIs and manage reporting, focusing on ROI and performanceAnalyze results using attribution and analytics to inform optimization and future planningManage always-on programs, program and product launches and statewide campaigns from planning through reportingSupport new business efforts by contributing to proposals, planning and client presentationsKey skillsIntegrated marketing strategy • Paid media planning and buying • Traditional media • Budget and forecast management • Performance marketing • Attribution and analytics • Client leadership • Strategic storytelling • Cross-functional collaborationOur benefitsComprehensive health plan401(k) with company matchGenerous PTOParental and private health leaveAnd moreThe pay range for this role is: 90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Oklahoma City)J-18808-Ljbffr
